① Responsible for the signing, management, modification, termination, and continuation of labor contracts, and establishing a labor contract ledger;② Assist the Human Resources Administration Manager in handling labor relations and resolving labor disputes;③ Timely process and organize personnel files, classify them into accounts, and bind them;④ Recruitment work;⑤ Handle employee social insurance and provident fund;⑥ Handle the clearance and transfer procedures for various insurances when employees are transferred in and out;⑦ Responsible for employee attendance management, handling employee leave and termination procedures, confirming employee travel time, and preparing monthly attendance summary reports;⑧ Handle employee resignation related procedures;⑨ Other tasks assigned by leaders;(2) Job Benefits:
